We sell five different melasma kits at different price points specifically because melasma varies enormously in severity — and most people genuinely can't tell from a mirror alone whether their pigmentation is "mild" or "stubborn" in the way that actually determines which kit will work. So instead of leaving that guess entirely to you, we offer to look first.

Why it's hard to self-assess accurately

Pigmentation depth isn't always obvious by eye — how long it's been there, whether it's hormonally active, and how deep it sits in the skin all affect which routine will actually work, and none of those are easy to judge just by looking in a mirror. Lighting, mood, and simply being too close to your own skin every day all distort self-assessment.

What guessing wrong actually costs you

  • Under-treating — buying a lighter kit than your pigmentation needs means slow, disappointing progress and feeling like "nothing works."
  • Overspending — buying our most complete kit for a few faint, recent spots is more than necessary.
  • Wasted time — using the wrong routine for 8-10 weeks before realizing it wasn't matched to your actual skin.

How the free skin analysis works

Send us a clear, well-lit, makeup-free photo of the area of concern on WhatsApp. We look at how the pigmentation presents — depth, spread, and pattern — and recommend the specific kit that matches, honestly. Sometimes that means recommending our smaller, cheaper kit instead of our most expensive one, because that's genuinely the right match for your skin.

This isn't a sales tactic

We could just point everyone toward our highest-priced kit. We don't, because a client who buys the right kit the first time gets real results and comes back — that's worth more to us long-term than one oversized order that under-delivers because it didn't match their actual skin.
